North House

One of the last and grandest gardens to be developed, this large garden lies behind the main house and laterally to the main garden, moon garden, charthouse garden, and the water garden.
 
Bob's Garden has a great collection of  daylilies, impatiens, Hydrangeas, varigated monkey grass, Louisiana yellow irises, and varigated irises.   Each side of the garden is punctuated by large urns. 
 
By it's name, this garden is dedicated to the memory of Dr. Robert (Bob) Ayerst; a dear friend of two decades.
